The place is nothing fancy, but you're not paying luxury prices. It's good value. Lots of beds for everyone, so no problems with space. It was nice having the whole house to ourselves. We had the kitchen if we wanted to make our own food. The location was great - good access to the beach (about 15 minutes), food options around, and Walmart or other stores for supplies. A few things needed attention, but the owner came the next morning to take care of things (e.g. lighting the hot water tank, hand towels for bathrooms, etc.). Again, not super luxurious, but comfortable and affordable.
The place does need some TLC and preparation - opening sliding doors took a bit, out of water on arrival, one upstairs bathroom unclean, etc.). It certainly didn't ruin our stay, but things to consider for the future.
