Condominium in the heart of PV 302

We enjoyed our time in this condo very much. It is spacious. The kitchen is outstanding, with full size appliances. a good set of counter top appliances, and well stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware. All the furniture - the sofa, the chairs, the bed - is a touch above the quality normally found in rental properties. The terraces from the living room and bedroom were very successful, giving a range of options with respect to wind, sun, etc. and had nice flowers. The views from the condo itself is of the street life in a neighbourhood; the sea and the sunsets are blocked out by surrounding buildings - a benefit of that is no stairs between the street level entry and the unit. The roof top deck does provide a perfect place to relax, swim and watch the sunset. The building is part way up the hill above the town centre, so it is a bit of a climb. We got used to it, finding the walk home easier every time as we tested out a variety of routes - some solely steep roads and some with formal steps/staircases.

The communication from the renter was inadequate. I received no advance information on access to the unit - codes, meet on site, whatever. I found myself begging for the entry instructions on multiple channels while sitting at the gate for our flight - I did receive a booking.com message time stamped about noon on arrival day. Continuing with the communication, the renter really ought to place information in the unit. Even one page with the wifi code, air conditioner instructions, TV instructions would be a big help. Note, contrary to the listing, there is no washing machine in the unit, and our search of the building turned up nothing.
