Casa del Mar

Es un departamento amplio, limpio, cómodo, la verdad cumple con todas la necesidades, hay estacionamiento, el servicio de limpieza excelente, desde la recepción no pides nada, la alberca es de 1.90, cuanta con agua caliente, refrigerador, estufa. 🚬 Puedes fumar en el balcón. ⛱️ La ubicación esta super, tienes la playa a una cuadra y muchos comercios al rededor. La verdad no le pido nada. 😉👍🏼

Los climas son antiguos y no se pude regular la temperatura, o duermes con mucho calor 🥵 o mucho frío🥶. A la cocina le hace falta un ventilador. 🏜️

Not enough quilts and bedding for a family of 5, although we booked for a family of 5. Although it is warm, would have preferred some thicker bedding. Beds were also too hard ( firm). Loud noise when turning on A.C. Need to include conditioner for hair not only shampoo. Restaurant on site only served tacos and had limited hours; Mon-Sat ( 4 pm-11 pm).

The location was great as we could walk to the beach, the romantic area and the Malecon. The first front desk staff we meet upon arrival was kind and helpful.

The room wasn't ready upon our arrival, even though it was after 3:00 pm. When we finally went to the room we realize there was no sofa bed as advertised. We pick this room because it said there were 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. There was a very old mexican style couch (sillon rustico) that couldn't pass as a sofa bed by any means. When we went to ask the front desk, they said there was another "couch" in the room. It was not a couch, it was a concrete bench with a thin pillow. It was also small so a person couldn't sleep there. The hotel didn't want to be responsible for this and the missinformation on their post. We were offered something like a deck chair, but that wouldn't be good to spend the night. The front desk person (the one who arrived after 5:00pm) wasn't helpful and we wasted about 1 hour trying to fix this situation, even looking for other options to stay until finally after lots of talk she agreed to provide another room free of charge so the third person in my party could sleep in. I am a native speaker of Spanish and was able to communicate with the front staff and getting around all her excuses. However, she was not helpful at all until she felt she had no option (after wasting our time). This is a place to spend the night, it's right by the beach and has great location to be in the romantic area and go to the Malecon. Cleaning staff were great as was the other woman at the front desk. It is very old fashioned, but we knew that when we booked the place. If you are planning to stay here, just be aware that there are no sofa-beds.
