Fabulous rooftop Sky Terrace embraces the sights and sounds of the town, views of the church, mountains, ocean and skyline with a heated infinity edge semi Olympic swimming lap pool, bar (seasonal), BBQ area, outdoor shower, bathrooms and kitchen for common use. 2 elevators serve every floor of the building and a security guard is available for anything you may need.
This private end unit, suitable for adults only, itself is beautifully appointed and fully equipped for your stay. Beach towels, bath & hand towels are provided along with quality linens and attention to detail from our weekly maid service (included).

The condo was in a great location and within walkable distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. The rooftop pool was fantastic! However, we did experience several issues during our stay unfortunately. Check-in time was listed as noon and we were unable to enter the property until after 3:00. We were told it was being cleaned. Upon arrival, there was a broken glass bowl and spoon rest that were left on the counter along w the glass shards. One of the bedroom fans had a thick layer of dust on it rendering it unusable. There was also hair on the sheets in the master bedroom when we turned the covers down that night. We found half a dozen used bars of soap in the bathroom cabinet as well. The condo appeared as if it had only been lightly cleaned between guests. The next day we received notice that there was water leaking from the condo down onto the main floor of the building. The owners family friend came to let the building employees in to investigate the source. The guest bathroom toilet was leaking. We were provided a mop and no other solution. We had to keep the water to the toilet turned off the entire stay and use bath towels to soak up the leaking water. This was mentioned to both the owner & the family friend who was overseeing the property. No solution was provided. Finally the master bedroom is completely different than the photos and there are large holes and bulges in the wall behind the bed. I thought it was structural damage but it is mold in the wall.
