Spacious 4-Bedroom Family Home Near Senai JB

It is obvious that the owner is a traveller. The owner truly understands what makes an impeccable homestay. Everything was smooth from booking to checking out. The house is perfect and one of the best stays I have had so far.

The bathroom is slippery when wet. A non-slip mat available for use would be great.

1. The place was super clean with matching decor 2. The beds was comfortable, but the pillows a bit hard 3. All rooms was fully air-conditioned 4. Place was quiet, with ample parking space 5. Check in was super simple, with key collection at locbox only. 6. It's a new neighbourhood with low density and not may houses occupied yet, however there's a resident living next door. 7. There's a CCTV at the entrance.

1. Minor repairs required (towel rack, water dispenser, water heater (Level 1 only) 2. Minor snacks (Maggi in cup & 3-1 coffee mix) was sold at RM2 each. My daughter took one for herself and then only we noticed it need to be paid. Will be better if these small items given as complimentary instead. 3. The road to reach the destination is not great as it goes through factories areas. 4. The shops are not nearby, at least 5-6km away. Guests need to ensure to bring their own food items in handy.

House was new and clean. Porch can fit 2 cars plus 2 more can park along the street as this is the last row, not facing another row of houses. Internet was fast and smart TV worked well. 3 bedrooms with queen beds upstairs plus 1 smaller room downstairs with bunk beds. All bedrooms and living room had good aircon. This is a new housing area with no shophouses. Majority of the houses are occupied with children playing and people jogging in the evening. The homestay is very good value. Thanks again to the host for a comfortable stay.

No shops in the housing itself but stores are nearby at Taman Scientex. Big econsave supermarket near Senai Airport road. The jln Kampung Maju Jaya road to Bandar Dato Onn and Setia Tropika has traffic jam between 7am and 9am during schooldays so take this into account if you're driving at this time.

Homestay was nice, smell nice, spacious, the host reply fast, alao can cook.. nice experience for me & family
