Read this.

The location is the best thing about the apartment. Right at the harbour, in which fish swim and you can swim/cliffjump. You see most of the sunset and are right in the interesting part of the town. The room is very clean, but the stone wall in Front of the bed will start to crumble on the ground - no problem, as the owners offer a fresh towel and bedsheet change around the time we noticed the dirty floor and they cleaned it up before we got the chance to do it ourselfes. Check In is possible 24/7 with the key being in a key locker at the door. The owners are very easy to reach via whatsapp if any problem occurs. The apartment was renovated in 2025 and it shows - except for the kitchen, its very new! The air conditioning was working fine and is easy to use, unlike many others. You cant find the apartment on google maps but on airbnb where a verification number is easy to verify on the italian government's website. Truly a new hidden gem at this point!

IMPORTANT: Parking is horrible in riomaggiore - there is only one car park called riopark where tourist can park, it only has 60 places and is always full. It is somehow possible to make a reservation, but we did not know how and had to wait over an hour for a spot. Maybe ask the owners if they can take care of that in advance. You can visit the others towns by train or ferry and will be glad to just park the car somewhere safe. The kitchen is as shown in the picture, quite smal. It does not really Match the vibe of the room and seems like a temporary solution. Dont get me wrong though, it currently already has the important stuff. The nails to hang towels in the bathroom were rusty and leave marks on everything to hang up. The toilet paper stand was crooked which personally I found quite annoying. Obviously this isnt a big problem at all. Whats really missing is some kind of water blocking door/curtain for the shower as you kind of flood the whole bathroom when going for a shower. Not in the price included are 9 euros tourist tax you need to pay in cash, latest at leaving, to the owners as they take care of that. Not really important, but you need to think of taking enough cash with you. The music/noise from the street can be kind of annoying when trying to sleep but usually it got fairly quiet after 12am but if you are sensitive, pack some foam earplugs.

Un weekend perfetto con una vera vista mare!

Il letto davvero matrimoniale, comodissimo! La vista wow direttamente sul mare. La tranquillità e l’insonorizzazione generale, chiuse le finestre non si sentiva neanche il mare. Regalino di benvenuto per lui e per lei.

Metterei una porta di vetro alla doccia, in modo da non schizzare e bagnare tutto. Non solo pentole e pentolini alti ma metterei anche qualche padella bassa, per riuscire a cucinare un po di tutto.

Ho soggiornato a Riomaggiore una notte e non potevo scegliere struttura migliore! Host super disponibili e flessibili per venire incontro alle vostre esigenze; stanza pulita, luminosa e con una vista da invidiare; bagno impeccabile. Consigliata a chiunque

Stanza sul mare con tutti i comfort!

Fantastico mini monolocale pulitissimo, completamente ristrutturato con anche piccola cucina essenziale, finestra sul porto iconico di Riomaggiore. Come in una cartolina, posizione eccellente e sul mare. C’è anche una macchinetta del caffè. Gestore disponibilissima e gentile ci ha guidato e assistito per ogni nostra esigenza. Tutto perfetto

Ottimo appartamentino di fronte alla vista più bella di Riomaggiore, molto moderno e pulito, Ludovica ed il suo compagno ci hanno accolto, dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e fatto trovare anche una bottiglia di buon prosecco per far aperitivo in frigo

Splendide séjour ! Je recommande vivement cet appartement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir !

L’appartement est neuf, ce qui le rend très agréable, et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. L’emplacement, au pied de la mer, est tout simplement fabuleux. La disponibilité et la flexibilité des hôtes sont également très appréciables !

La porte d’entrée de l’appartement est en dessous des standards habituels, avec une serrure pas particulièrement pratique. Cela dit, ce n’est pas forcément un point négatif, simplement un choix différent. Le seul point négatif que j’ai relevé concerne le matelas. Bien qu’il soit neuf, sa qualité est très basse. Le fait qu’il soit dur ne pose pas de problème en soi, mais l’absence de mémoire de forme se fait sentir après plusieurs nuits, ce qui le rend moins confortable pour un séjour prolongé.
