The property is really comfortable and well located. Short walk to beach, 7/11, restaurants, motorbike rentals etc. Very good AC and a fan which was good. Really liked the porch area to sit outside and use the hammock.
We had a problem with an ant infestation... they were entering through a crack in the bathroom door. We weren't told in advance about not leaving food wrappers in the room. Once we left them outside, it was easily fixed. Just a bit of a surprise one day! There is a gravel road on a slight hill to access the property. Just something to note if you have mobility issues. Also not so fun to carry luggage with wheels on... but only a 2/3 min walk on said path, so not the end of the world.

Friendly staff, very clean room. Cleaned the room every day.
Only complaint, bed was kind of hard(seems to be the norm in Thiland).

Location was perfect, very clean and spacious room, super comfy bed, it has everything ones need. Super nice and helpful owners!! Highly recommended!!
