Was very neat and tidy in a great and close location to where we need to go.

The location is good, with bus stop just outside the door. Within easy walking distance of Burwood shops, and railway station. The apartment is a good size, and all appliances are in good condition and working order. I have experienced worst in previous Sydney stays in other apartements.
The place needs a good deep clean, and some basic maintenance - Sliding door locks not locking, loose toilet seat. The shower was a bit mouldy - ventilation is poor, the exhaust fan is not up to the task.
Car park is only suitable for a smallish car

The beds and pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. If you weigh anything over 60kg these beds aren't suitable. We paid for 3 people to stay. It was suppose to be a sofa bed but it was just a sofa that was very very firm. No sheets where provided for the "sofa" lounge and again very very thin pillows.
