We arrived in the city earlier than planned. We contacted the apartment, and they were happy to accommodate us with an early check-in. We are extremely grateful for this.
The owner, Fani, is very kind, caring, and hospitable. A pleasant surprise awaited us upon arrival, which was a lovely touch for guests.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment, its convenient layout, and the excellent facilities. Everything has been through down to the smallest detail. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.
The photos on the website accurately reflect the actual apartment. We were given a detailed tour and explanation of where everything was located.
There were two couples staying in the apartment. It has two separate bedrooms with new, luxurious beds and excellent soundproofing. There are also two separate bathrooms, which was very convenient.
Within a 10-minute walk, there are two supermarkets. It took us about 30 minutes to walk to Kolovare Beach. Alternatively, Bolt and Uber taxis, which operate in the city, can get you there in about 5 minutes.
Our vacation passed far too quickly, and now it's time to head back home

A very good stay overall. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped, with fast Wi-Fi. The location works well — around 30 minutes on foot to the Old Town — and the host was easy to deal with, with good communication throughout. Recommended.
Parking on the estate can be an issue — a spot close to the building isn't always available.

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Apartment, sehr geräumig und mit allem was mann für den perfekten Urlaub braucht!
Mitten in der Stadt aber dennoch sehr ruhig.
Fani ist eine sehr nette, zuvorkommende Vermieterin, sie hat uns Tee, Kaffee, Getränke und sogar Süßigkeiten
im Apartment gelassen.
Wir bedanken uns herzlichst und geben eine klare Empfehlung für die Unterkunft!

We stayed in a very comfortable and well-equipped apartment with a touch of luxury. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and extremely clean. It had everything we needed, and the attention to detail made it feel a high-end stay
