This stay ruined the holiday

Not a good place for people of our age - around the car repair company and from 8 in the morning they make noise, there are no insect screens on the windows and there are a lot of mosquitoes at night. No one washed the entrance during our stay, although some kind of liquid was poured on the steps.

It was very clean. Friendly owner who is trying to help.

The roof is angeled and it can ofta happen to get harmed in the head because of it. This was not clear in the booking och the pictures. Very annoyed.

A perfect Stay in Zadar

The apartment is close by Shopping Centers, Food Shops and even a 20 minute walk to down town. With a full equipped kitchen and dishwasher. A very clean and big place which makes you feel like home. We had few dinners in the nice backyard I would recommend this stay and definitely come back again.

It would be nice to have a change of towels during the 7-day stay.

Apartments are new and clean. There is a garden on the side where you can sit in open air.

There was no kitchen or couch in the one bedroom apartment. There was only 1 a/c in 2 bedroom apartments. There are no nets on windows for flies and because a/c is not enough you have to open the windows. Wi-fi is very weak. When we informed owner about a non-working hair dryer they did not provide a working one. There is a construction related workplace very close by which starts working at 7.30 in weekdays and is very loud.

Freshly new, super clean. Pretty. Bathroom was amazing! The bath was big. It s really aesthetic. Garden was really nice and kind neighbourhood. Location is okay, with a Spar + Tommy next to it

Poor noise isolation, you can hear the people on the first floor. Super hot, no air conditioning in bedrooms. I had to sleep on the sofa. No hot water until we contacted the owner but we never received an answer. No check-out communication.

Fantastyczne wakacje w Zadarze

Bardzo komfortowe, czyste apartamenty, w pobliżu centra handlowe, ok. 30 minut do centrum spacerkiem, ale ubery są tanie, wiec często korzystaliśmy. Mieliśmy dostęp do ogrodu, gdzie można zrobić grilla i posiedzieć wieczorem całą ekipą. Generalnie bardzo nam się podobało

Bardzo polecam , napewno skorzystamy następnym razem .

Pok nr 5 jest przestronnym mieszaniem na poddaszu z dwoma sypialniami , salonem z kuchnią. Są dwie łazienki co było bardzo wygodne . Jedna łazienka to toaleta z umywalką, druga miała prysznic oraz dużą wannę i toaletę. Klimatyzacja jest tylko w salonie jeżeli są otwarte drzwi w sypialniach to daje radę i schłodzi wszystkie pomieszczenia. 1 Sypialnia ma dużą szafę, 2 sypialnia szafę na kółkach oraz komodę było to wystarczające. Łóżka duże wygodne, pościel bardzo dobrej jakości. Ręczniki po dwa dla każdego. Obiekt bardzo czysty. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona nawet jest zmywarka. Obiekt od morza i centrum oddalony ok 20 min spacerkiem. Blisko Lidl i inne sklepy spożywcze oraz piekarnia . W miarę cicha okolica.

Klimatyzacja jest tylko w salonie jak zamknie się drzwi od sypialni na noc to już jest trochę gorąco bo pomimo otwartych okien jak jest na dworze 25 stopni w nocy to nic nie daje. Brak możliwości otwarcia okna w łazience. Zepsuta kanapa w salonie tzn. Funkcja spania była zepsuta i pani nie zdążyła naprawić po poprzednich gościach . Brak balkonu.

Appartement très bien équipé, insonorisé et bien decoré. très bon rapport qualité prix. Il faut bien sur disposer d’une voiture.

Le seul tout petit conseil au propriétaire est de mettre des portes serviettes, un distributeur de papier toilette et des patères dans la salle de bain.

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen om Zadar te ontdekken.

Prima onderkomen in de buitenwijk van zadar. Ligt naast een grote supermarkt wat handig is. Mooie buitenruimte om te vertoeven. Privé parkeerplaats achter een hek en een fijne host die vriendelijk is en makkelijk te bereiken.

Toch wat aan de kleine kant, en de styling kan wel wat fraaier.

Bell'appartamento praticamente nuovo, situato al piano terra in zona tranquilla, ideale per visitare Zara e dintorni. A due passi dai supermermercati e dalla zona commerciale nonchè dalla viabilità principale della città.

Camere con poco spazio e solo delle tende leggere alle finestre .
