The location was fantastic. Very convenient with cafes, restaurants and a fabulous Asian supermarket right near the building. The view at night (city lights) was great.
Communication from the owner was outstanding. The property is fully equipped with most any kitchen gadget or utensil if you want to cook.
The main bathroom shower was outstanding!
Building security was excellent.
A very few minor details (easily fixed, I’m sure.). There was no AC so fans were provided (one was broken.) There was a temporary portable AC unit installed, a little clunky but worked ok. Would have appreciated a few regular coffee machine pods and a pint of milk :).
A couple electrical outlets didn’t seem to work but that may be a switch we couldn’t/didn’t locate.

La ubicación
No está limpio del todo, el dueño te dice que le tienes que mandar fotos de las llaves cuando te has ido y no hay forma de mandarle la foto y te sientes como si fueses un niño pequeño, además el aire acondicionado es muy pequeño y hacía mucho ruido para la vivienda y hacía mucha calor, no era agradable.
