Executive Unit with Spectacular Views

Great location next to BC Place where we attended some World Cup matches. Easy for us to get in and out of using key codes on the apartment door and fobs for the lift etc. Access to great gym and pool on site. Never too busy. Underground car park very useful especially with the difficulty of parking in downtown Vancouver. Well stocked kitchen allowing us to cook meals.

A couple of occasions the electrical circuits in the living areas tripped meaning we had no air conditioning or wifi. However, the host responded quickly and we were able to resolve the issue.

The location was fabulous. Within 5 minute walking distance to Gastown, downtown, the ferries. There were awesome restaurants within a few blocks: a great coffeehouse, Japanese ramen house, sushi, even the popular Jam Cafe around the corner. Supermarket and drugstore just a block away. The views were spectacular of the harbor and mountains to the north. The place itself was tidy and had plenty of pillows and towels. Additionally, it was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. We appreciated the Keurig and complimentary coffee K-cups. The beds were very firm but comfortable. The neighbors on our floor were quiet. Instructions for checkin and out were detailed and precise. The process was smooth.

I wish we could have controlled the temperature in the unit. The thermostat was down all the way but it was always too warm inside, even at night. Two of the windows had some type of plastic cover (I assume to mitigate leaks), but luckily, one of the bedroom windows was open (a broken latch made it hard to shut). We often had the patio door open while we were at home to avoid overheating. The other thing we did not like was no fault of the owner…just the downside of too many neighbors and a lot of Airbnbers. Someone in the adjoining condo was a heavy smoker and the smoke basically leached through the shared wall in the smaller bedroom. Nothing could be done, but the second bedroom, while beautiful with a wraparound window, always smelled slightly of a used ashtray. People in the condo below played a lot of loud music, which came through the main bedroom floor late into the night.

Good location, clean and comfortable. Basically it has everything you need.

Too noisy. It needs a better sound proof. AC is not working too well.

We didn't eat breakfast there, but the location was close to the harbor, and that was very convenient.

We were instructed to remove our shoes, which we did. I walked around in my socks and they became very dirty, perhaps the floors could have been inspected be we came.
