Central to bus & train transport, choice of grocery stores and other eateries around. Could walk to a lot of places with ease, great view. Close to Rogers stadium and BC place.

Communication with hosts was prompt although a printed manual with a few tips or tricks on appliances and other items would have saved some needless communication. All Appliances are high spec The place is smaller than photos show, lack of Microwave surprised us really no real negatives.

The place was very clean and in a good location to explore everything by foot, however there’s a lot of homeless in the area - we were expecting that considering it’s Vancouver so it was not an issue for us. The building felt pretty safe. There was everything we needed - towels, cooking basics, etc. Everything was super clean and the hosts were really responsive. The views from the balcony are amazing. I would stay there again, although it was a bit expensive for what we got, but again this is Vancouver, so it was expected. The pool, courtyard, and gym facilities are great. The parking included is a great addition to not have to deal with finding a parking nearby. It felt pretty safe as well.

It would get a bit hot in the bedrooms during the day, as the AC is located in the living room only. If we wanted to sleep with the doors closed for privacy we would have to open the windows, but then there was a lot of noise outside. On the day we left, we learned that there were two fobs for our group to use, however we had been using one fob only to get into the apartment as we thought there was only one. It required a bit of logistic for a group of 6, and it would have been good to know before. I already let the owner know and they will make it more obvious for future guests. The garage door was a bit hard to locate as it is not directly accessed from the street but from another parking lot. Instructions with photos would be helpful.

Nothing, everything was great

Once gained entry to the building everything was effortless.

The entry instructions given said the keypad entry might take a couple of entries, it took quite a few minutes and required help from the security guard onsight. Not a comforting experience after a 13 hour flight and walk through an un expected homeless/addicted area. Once gained entry to the building everything was effortless.
