Perfect new house just for you
Brand new house. Spotless! Calm. I have no words on how everything went. The host is super kind and efficient. This is a must go to place if you want to take a break. And an outlet vicinity is a plus of course ;)

Ne dolazite u ovaj apartman, jer nema grejanje!!!
Apartman je renoviran i sadrzi 2 kupatila. Ulaz je iz dvorista i ulazi se odmah u apartman, nema hodnika.
Nemojte iznajmljivati ovaj apartman jer nema grejanje!!!! Kada smo stigli apartman je bio potpuno hladan. U apartmanu ne postoji sistem grejanja osim klima uredjaja koji uopste ne greju. Zalili smo se vlasniku i on je rekao da ce se apartman ugrejati, sto se nije desilo cele veceri, jer kada se ukljuce sve klime dolazi do pada osiguraca😱. Spavali smo u jaknama. Jorgani smrde a jastuci su veoma losi. Sve u svemu veoma lose iskustvo.

Appartamento freddissimo, esperienza deludente
Abbiamo prenotato per una sola notte questo appartamento a Novi Ligure e siamo rimasti estremamente delusi. Siamo arrivati alle 22:30 con temperature esterne vicine a 0°C, e l’appartamento su due piani era gelido. Le pompe di calore, unico sistema di riscaldamento, non funzionavano nonostante fossero impostate a 30°C, ed in ogni caso non sono sufficienti a scaldare l’appartamento con le temperature rigide dell’inverno.Il bagno al piano terra era impossibile da usare, con solo uno scaldasalviette spento e non attivabile. Abbiamo contattato l’host, che ci ha risposto alle 23:35 dicendo che avrebbe chiamato un tecnico solo la mattina successiva, senza poter fare nulla per il nostro soggiorno di una notte. Una situazione davvero inaccettabile, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato e le condizioni estremamente scomode per una sola notte. Non consiglio questo appartamento a chi cerca un soggiorno minimo confortevole.

Tutto. Appartamento super pulito e perfetto dotato di ogni comfort e climatizzato . Posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro.. Tutto nuovo e unico. Ritornerò sicuramente. Host cordiale e reattivo.
