The owner, Kong, and his family are just so lovely. They will do whatever they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Large bedroom, lovely en-suite, air conditioning and lovely peaceful feel. Breakfasts are great and they will help you organise any tours you want. The value for money of this place is next to none. Would definitely come back
Just to put your mind at rest. Yes the property is a little out of town and yes when you arrive you wonder if you’ve made a mistake. Please don’t be concerned, it’s actually a lovely location as you get away from the noise and it’s only 5 mins by tuk tuk. Kong will arrange tuk tuks whenever you need them and it’s only $1-1.50. Don’t let location put you off!

The host was really friendly and helped us book tours, rooms were spotless and breakfast was amazing. Originally only stayed for one night at the end of a travel day but loved it so much we went back for the rest of our time in Kampot.

A little bare on the amenities front but if you ask the host for extra things he’s happy to provide
