Quartier très bruyant Grosses chaleur Clim pas assez rafraîchissante ce qui fait qu’on a été obligé d’ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit avec des nuisances sonores humaines très gênantes Proximité de la gare avec arrivée et départ de trains bruyantes Stationnement payant et cher, obligation de se stationner parfois loin du logement
