This is a very nice apartment. The location is excellent! It's on a quiet side street, and you can walk to practically everything. The area is safe. Montpellier has excellent trams and buses if you want to travel outside the downtown area. Sophie is very nice and replies to communications promptly (usually in French). We had one issue, and she came to the apartment and resolved it promptly.
These are not complaints, just information you should know. The apartment is up two flights of stairs, and there is no lift. Not a problem if you're able-bodied, but it would be difficult if you are mobility-impaired. Also, the free parking is five minutes away. The streets are very narrow and not car-friendly at all. But you don't really need a car in Montpellier, since it's very walkable and most things you'll want to see are not far.

La ubicación perfecta , y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia corta como la nuestra . Sophie estuvo siempre atenta y muy dispuesta a contestar nuestras dudas.

L’emplacement de la location dans l’épée centre piéton, ainsi que la possibilité d’avoir le parking gratuit est vraiment un plus. Des équipements simples et juste suffisants. Sophie la propriétaire a toujours était disponible et bienveillante quand nous en avons eu besoin.
Quelques travaux sur la douche à prévoir. Location faite pour 4 personnes car il y a 4 couchages et toutes la vaisselle nécessaire , dommage qu’il n’y ai qu’une petite table haute pour 2 ainsi que 2 chaises de bar, prévoir pour 4 serait judicieux.
