Location, living room air conditioning, decent space, free car parking.
Be aware of two flights of stairs, unfortunately the air conditioning does not reach the bedroom however a fan was provided. Bathroom shower head needs repairing. No sink plugs or dish washer tablets provided.

This is a very nice apartment. The location is excellent! It's on a quiet side street, and you can walk to practically everything. The area is safe. Montpellier has excellent trams and buses if you want to travel outside the downtown area. Sophie is very nice and replies to communications promptly (usually in French). We had one issue, and she came to the apartment and resolved it promptly.
These are not complaints, just information you should know. The apartment is up two flights of stairs, and there is no lift. Not a problem if you're able-bodied, but it would be difficult if you are mobility-impaired. Also, the free parking is five minutes away. The streets are very narrow and not car-friendly at all. But you don't really need a car in Montpellier, since it's very walkable and most things you'll want to see are not far.
