la présence d'une place de parking réservée - l'existence d'un arrêt de tram à proximité - un beau balcon sans vis à vis - la présence de verdure entourant l'immeuble - le calme (appartement donnant sur le parc, absence de circulation automobile) - la facilité d'accès - la propreté de l'appartement et des entourages - un équipement satisfaisant - l'accueil professionnel et sympathique d'Eddie ainsi que sa disponibilité.
cet appartement est tout à fait conforme à mes attentes pour les deux nuits que nous devions passer à Montpellier - rien à critiquer.

Parking et emplacement malgré les travaux du tramway. Résidence silencieuse.
Absence d'information pour l'accès à la résidence. Il faut passer par l'avenue de Toulouse. Seule la chambre du fond est climatisée. Nécessité du climatiseur dans le salon et la deuxième chambre. Logement meublé de façon spartiate : absence de canapé, de table de salon, de tables et de lampes de chevet dans une chambre. Fortes odeurs d'égout dans la salle d'eau, absence de bouton poussoir sur la chasse d'eau. Mobilier de cuisine dangereux tiroir cassé non signalé.
