It was very comfortable. There were spices and utensils and pots and pans to cook with. The Wi-Fi and tv were good. Close to the tram stop
The air conditioner in the bedroom worked well but even using the fans, it was hard to cool down the living room. The temperatures outside though were very high so it is understandable.

No lockbox for check in, so you have to coordinate the exact time of arrival.

Parking et emplacement malgré les travaux du tramway. Résidence silencieuse.
Absence d'information pour l'accès à la résidence. Il faut passer par l'avenue de Toulouse. Seule la chambre du fond est climatisée. Nécessité du climatiseur dans le salon et la deuxième chambre. Logement meublé de façon spartiate : absence de canapé, de table de salon, de tables et de lampes de chevet dans une chambre. Fortes odeurs d'égout dans la salle d'eau, absence de bouton poussoir sur la chasse d'eau. Mobilier de cuisine dangereux tiroir cassé non signalé.
