Apartamento La Vila: Villajoyosa Centro

Our first impression was a bit uneasy, as the owner apparently listed an incorrect house number on Booking, and we ended up trying to get into the wrong building. Everything was resolved quickly, though, and we were then able to enjoy our 18-day stay in Villajoyosa. The apartment is located on the top (4th) floor and is beautifully and modernly furnished. We were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped it is: a dishwasher, oven, electric kettle, toaster, capsule coffee machine, a huge amount of dishes, kitchen towels, a washing machine, a clothes drying rack with clothespins, and cleaning supplies. We really didn’t miss anything at all. If you visit the apartment in winter, as we did, keep in mind that there is only one air-conditioning unit, so it had to run all day to heat the apartment. One small issue I would like to point out to the owner is that during humid weather, the wall under the window in the bedroom with the double bed became damp and mold appeared there. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. I can recommend the apartment to anyone—it is beautiful, spacious, has plenty of windows and natural light, a balcony and the location is absolutely perfect: close to the city center and the beach, yet very quiet. (Due to the location you may expect that it may be difficult to find a parking space directly in front of the building afternoon, but you shall always find some place nearby...)

A dog had stayed in the apartment before us; there was a lot of dog hair on the sofa and on the floor. I recommend vacuuming the sofa and the floors more thoroughly and carefully before guests arrive. I would have appreciated having more towels available for our family of four—we received only one bath towel.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Wszystko czego potrzeba do mieszkania na dłuższy czas (pralka, zmywarka, ekspres na kapsułki i przelewowy, toster, komplet naczyń i garnków) oraz na plażę (krzesła plażowe, parasol, ręcznik plażowy). Łazienka z dużym prysznicem, klima w pokoju z aneksem, wiatraki w sypialniach. Zamek elektroniczny do mieszkania, więc nie trzeba nosić kluczy. Widać że lokal odświeżony, wszystko nowe i sprawne.

Mieszkanie znajduje się pod nr 65 a nie 4. 4 to numer piętra. Filtr klimatyzatora absolutnie zatkany brudem, więc zanim wyczyściłem słabo chłodziła i wszyscy kichali. Dodatkowo sąsiedzi mają psa, którego czasem słychać
