Perfect place for a short stay, could have stayed longer
The owner came down to show us in and help with our bags. He was very nice and responsive. The apt. is brand new, beautiful and right in the middle of town. Close to everything. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and really great..
The only small things we noticed were that the water pressure in the shower could have been a little better (it was fine, just could have been better). There was a coffee machine but no capsules - we were only there for one night, otherwise we would have gone out to buy, but it would have been nice if there were a few ready.

Family vacation of 5 nights in Niksic area.
The host is very nice, and assisting with every question we have about the apartment, information about the city and nearby area. The apartment is great, very new, clean, have all the facilities for short or long stay for a couple or a small family. The outer walls are windows and provide good lighting and special atmosphere. All the apartment design is in good condition and all looks great. There are live plants in the apartments. The apartment located in excellent location, just about close to everything, farmers market, shop, shopping mall, city main square, restourants, shops etc. The apartment is on second floor of building, on the first floor there is a small casino (very quiet, no noise), pharmacy, toys shop. and more 20 meters there are a bakery. On the other side of the street there is also big grocery shop and clothes shop. There is a paid parking on the other side of the street, 0.5 euro per hour, and 50 meters away other parking for 0.3 euro per hour. We (two adults, one children) very enjoyed our stay of 5 nights.

Really nice accomodation, a lot of space and right in the city center. Really friendly welcome by the host, who made us feel right at home.
