Pessimo servizio! La gestione è stata del tutto inadeguata e lontana dagli standard dichiarati. Esperienza profondamente deludente, che ha compromesso l’intera vacanza
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia (moglie e tre figli) dal 7 al 15 agosto 2025. Fin dal primo giorno abbiamo riscontrato gravi problemi: lavabo del bagno inutilizzabile per l’intero soggiorno, Wi-Fi assente per quasi tre giorni, giardino privo di chiusura e accessibile a chiunque, porta sul retro spesso bloccata da veicoli estranei, assenza di phon (acquistato a nostre spese) e numero di sedie insufficiente. Il fatto più grave è stata la presenza di estranei nell’alloggio in nostra assenza: i “tecnici” inviati dall’host sono entrati tre volte senza avviso né autorizzazione, senza neppure risolvere i problemi segnalati. Nonostante le nostre ripetute comunicazioni, gli interventi sono stati tardivi e inefficaci. La gestione è stata del tutto inadeguata e lontana dagli standard dichiarati. Esperienza profondamente deludente, che ha compromesso l’intera vacanza.
