Lovely hotel surrounded by beautiful scenery and just outside Glasgow. Warm welcome by reception and easy fast check-in.
Large rooms. Spacious, good shower. We were left with some complimentary tablet and strawberries. Lovely bar and sitting area.
Restaurant gave us an amazing table for 8 of us to celebrate my brothers 50th. Great service. It was a busy night and the staff went as fast as they could.
Leisure staff went out there way to make an exception for my autistic nephew to use the pool for a short time outside hours.
My mum and I had a wonderful facial and the staff were all lovely.
Lunch in bar upstairs, again food was fantastic and great service.
Staff are a credit to this lovely hotel. Definitely will be back.
Radiator was cold in one room but we didn't mention to staff as it was fine.

The hotel was beautiful. First time I’ve ever been but I’ll definitely be back. The pool and spa was great too.
Only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was that I thought the drinks were quite expensive.

Easy to get to.
Shower was amazing!
Booked a twin room but the two beds were pushed together so felt like a double. Heater in room wouldn’t turn down so it was far too hot. Reported it to reception. They said someone would come look at it. Don’t know whether they did or not but the heater remained burning hot which made for a very uncomfortable sleep.
