UM81 - Downtown Apartment

Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt freie Getränke im Kühlschrank, viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten. Alles ist sehr sauber, vor allem auch das Bad. Der Check-in ist unkompliziert. Der Balkon ist hofseitig und daher sehr ruhig und ist überhaupt ist die Lage in der Via Francesco sehr freundlich nahe zu allen wichtigen Zielen wie Bahnhof, Piazza Oberdan mit den Bussen, Borgo Theresiano zum Einkaufen oder Viale XX Settembre zum Eisessen!

Ein zweiter Kasten oder eine Kommode wäre von Vorteil um Textilien (z, B. Hemden) ablegen zu können. So muß man "aus dem Koffer" leben.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were especially impressed by how pet-friendly it was—thoughtful touches like treats, waste bags, and lint rollers made a real difference. Overall, an exceptional stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Trieste and would highly recommend this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a few days or even longer. The location is excellent — very central, yet away from the noisy areas, which made it perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s also only about a 12-minute walk to the main square by the sea. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. They even left thoughtful welcome gifts for us, including prosecco in the fridge, coffee, and bus tickets — such a lovely touch that made us feel very welcome. There was one evening when there was some noise from upstairs due to a party (it turned out they were preparing for a clinic opening), which had also caused some disturbance during the day before. Since the apartment is advertised as being in a quiet building with no parties allowed, we contacted the hosts. They responded immediately, came to check the situation themselves, and ensured that the noise eventually stopped, which we really appreciated. The next day, they even left an additional gift by our door as an apology for the inconvenience — such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the level of care from the hosts. The apartment is also pet-friendly, which is fantastic — they even provided dog treats! We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Trieste.
