Täydellinen huvila rentoutumiseen. Oma uima-allas jossa sopivan lämmin vesi syyskuussa. Rauhallinen sijainti ja hienot näkymät vuorille. Parvekkeelta näkee merellekin. Keittiössä oli hyvä varustelutaso ja koko huvila oli hyvin varusteltu ja mukava. Pihalle mahtuu useampi auto portin sisäpuolele. Hyvin lyhyen automatkan päässä on ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Lähimpään ravintolaan kävelikin vain alle 20 minuuttia. Kotorin keskustaan autolla vain 15 minuuttia.
