I was travelling as a group of 11 people in lieu of program's delegates, and this place is very convenient due to the strategic location (near to convenient stores, subway/metro & bus stations) including with the various facilities accommodated for the stay (especially of the cooking area, washing machine & dryer). Those provided beds also very comfortable with sockets nearby every each of them for easier access to charge devices. One of the bathrooms has water hose on which is suitable and comfortable for those who come from the country with bidets/hoses for cleaning. The landlord also very kind on approaching their clients upon any requests, questions, or guidelines (as such laminated displays of instruction on how to navigate along the property + segregate the wastes accordingly to the country's etiquette).

One of the bathroom's lock needs a better maintenance to prevent the casual-jammed issues.
