We booked this place for our family and close friends coming from overseas for our wedding. Most of the guests were the groom’s siblings, his best man, and the bride’s friends. From the beginning, the team provided truly professional support in many aspects. Since we had many international guests, they stayed in touch via WhatsApp to ensure smooth communication in different languages. They also offer various tour programs, and thanks to them, our in-laws and elder guests were able to enjoy a wonderful tour of Seoul. We’re sincerely grateful for the thoughtful care and hospitality. The coffee was always well-prepared, and we appreciated having access to the washing machine. The large refrigerator was especially helpful—they even helped us store some of the alcohol for our wedding celebration. Plenty of towels were provided, and every interaction with the staff was kind and welcoming. All of us were truly satisfied with our stay, and we extend our heartfelt thanks once again.
