The location of Boutique Stay FRGE was amazing, we felt immersed in the life of a bustling city. There were several choices of subway station, most 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. There was a small corner store a minute away and a huge grocery/department store 10 minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable, the lounge area helped us to relax and the bathroom had everything we needed. The extras - record player/bluetooth, coffee grinder, storage made the stay very comfortable.
We arrived at the property at 3pm, check-in time. The apartment was still being prepared. We didn't get in for another 40 minutes. Having travelled ~12 hours to South Korea we were exhausted, we had to sit outside the apartment and wait. I literally fell asleep on the curb outside the apartment!

It was exceptionally clean, superb furniture and perfect size. We loves the neighbourhood especially, we truly felt at home as tourists. There was even a neighbour with a little dog that we ran into each day and befriended. Everything else was great too: mattress quality, washing machine and even the water pressure was good even though we were at the fifth floor. On top of that Eric made us feel like we were staying with friends- super responsive and gave us great recommendations.
Nothing! Could not have been better.

The host is very attentive to how you will arrive, find the property and get into it, one of the best check in process I've been on and i've actually been on quite a lot of trips and stays. The property itself is pristine, not only it is clean, but it is probably the most useful spaces I have stayed in. Its not the most outfitted or spacious, but it is purposeful, and its overall room space one of the most comfy set up I have stayed in.
Nothing about the process, nor the property itself can be attributed negatively. However, it is a bit of distance from actual retail businesses, but nothing significant that should shy you away from this location. Walk to the closest coffee or restaurant will take about 3-5 minutes only, so I suppose its not even possible to complain about the location
