Haiyan Hill House - Private Seoul Stay with Courtyard

If you're looking for a place that actually feels like a home, this is it. Most places in Seoul are quite small, but this house was impressively large and spotless. The free pick-up service from the airport was such a professional touch and saved me a lot of stress. The location is perfect—it’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood where you can actually sleep peacefully, yet it’s still very convenient for transportation. The host was super helpful with local tips and quick to answer any questions. It’s rare to find this much space at such an affordable price in the city.

The only minor thing is the short hill on the way up, but it’s a small price to pay for such a great stay.

The hill up to the house is crazy steep! Difficult for a stroller and the elderly One bedroom next to a rocky wall so no natural light The bathroom gets very cold

The house is decorated with attention and you can see the personal touch of the hosts! The amenities are great, including washing machine and drier, tea and snacks, and toiletries. The residential neighbourhood was great and enabled us to get away from the more chaotic centre of town while being able to still enjoying access to transport and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The free shuttle from the airport is a great touch!

The house is located up a very steep hill, it might not be accessible to anyone that faces issues with walking - even some of the cars struggled! While we found the hosts very friendly and attentive, it was the only accommodation in Korea where we could not do a check-in without needing to meet someone in person - it’d be great to give the option. The house was not properly clean and we found hair and dust in the rooms.

Good way to experience korean lifestyle. Enjoyed our stay from the warm welcoming, even we arrived so late, hosts were waiting for us and explained everything. The street, entrance, and room management, house design were suitable for families with kids. Clean and everything under your hand even tea bags, tape, washing machine, dryer speaker, water purifier and etc... Many things made our vocation more easier and comfier. Thankful for who managed and give warm energy to the house. See you guys soon.
