La atención del chico con el que haces el check in y te lleva las maletas hasta donde te alojas. Nos gestionó también el taxi para el apto, súper amable y eficiente.
No te avisan de que te alojas en una habitación que no está dentro de un hanok como tal. El baño no nos gustó porque la ducha está encima del lavabo y era muy incómodo, además la cortina tenía moho, que es algo barato que se puede cambiar fácilmente. Muchos cables por todos lados.

The location was so great that it was easy to move around, and I was very satisfied with its compact size and cozy atmosphere. It's a great place to stay for a family of four.
Everyone was satisfied and loved it, but the shower curtains were a bit disappointing. The lack of space wasn't a big problem, but it was a bit uncomfortable for the shower curtain to stick to my body while washing after it was time to replace it. It would be ideal if you could regularly check and proceed with the replacement.

The location is easy to find and the staffs are very helpful. Can store luggage day of checkin/out for a while. The hanok has very nice traditional vibe but clean and equipped at the same time.

Location was very good, very traditional stay
Photographs of the accommodation were very misleading, no bath, no shower as such apart from a hose and shower head above the sink and when using the shower everything in the tiny room was drenched, bedding was quite worn, towels not changed at all during our stay, wires and extension leads hanging down from ceiling, no drawers or wardrobe so we lived out of our suitcases.
