My estay at Novotel Malta was overall a very pleasant experience. The hotel feels fresh, modern, and well maintained.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully organized, and very cozy. Everything is clean, new, and thoughtfully arranged :you truly have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Breakfast is good and satisfying. It offers a standard selection, and you certainly won’t stay hungry. That said, a bit more variety would make the experience even more enjoyable, especially for guests staying longer.
One small disappointment was that the outdoor pool was closed. I completely understand that it was not the season, yet it would have been lovely to simply lie in the sun and read a book.
I would also gently suggest extending the spa opening hours to 9:00–10:00 pm. After full days of exploring and excursions, many guests look forward to unwinding in the spa in the evening. Unfortunately, it closes at 7:00 pm, and due to high demand I wasn’t able to access it twice.
Overall, a stylish and comfortable hotel with great potential to make the guest experience even more exceptional.

To be really honest I’m a bid confused what to think and what to write. Lots of things require the improvement here. First of all hotel charges you extra deposit which is hardly recovered. I had to call them few times and after more that two weeks finały I saw my money back. This is absolutely unacceptable. More over once I was there, each time I had to call the reception to remind them to clean up my room, otherwise it was not cleaned at all by anyone. Swimming pool and all facilities are opened pretty short hours a day and never in the evening. In the restaurant there’s always a huge mess during the breakfast. There’s not enough cups, plates, long lines to coffee machines, once cheese, salad or cake is gone then it’s gone. They are understuffed and people are not able to refill food and cutlery on time. Food is also quite low quality. I’m really sorry but I’m not satisfied here.
