Great price and comfortable. Not the best view but an OK place to stay

Great price and the place was overall very comfortable

The residents don't lock the front door so anyone can enter although your own room has a lib Lock. A single bathroom is crowded with how many can live there

Okay for budget trip, tidy people who won't occupy bathroom

The house was nearly renovated, new bathroom and kitchen. The place was clean and everyday there was someone picking up the garbage and cleaning the bathroom.

Have in mind that the bathroom is shared with 7 people (I can't remember I could read that from the description of the place) and there is no separate toilet which is very inconvenient if you need to go to the toilet and someone else is taking a shower... And apropos shower, there was no shelf to put toilet case. Have also in mind that the house is very badly noise-isolated. You will hear guests passing your room and cars driving outside. If you wake up easily you should consider ear plugs. There is no washing machine and no drying racks. The owner should also give better information to the guests about sorting garbage.

Bel posto. Letto comodo, bello spazio in comune e cucina nuova e moderna.

Pochi piatti e tazze... era tutto sempre da lavare nella lavastoviglie. Sicuramente colpa degli altri ospiti ma in effetti se c'è la lavastoviglie uno la riempie prima di farla partire quindi ci vogliono più stoviglie ecc per non dover usare quelle sporche in attesa di lavaggio... Il copritazza del wc ballava più di Patrick Swayze in Dirty dancing...

Bună ziua! Înțeleg faptul ca fiecare dorește să își facă propriul bussines dar…în această meserie ca să obții profit trebuie să și oferi. Și în cazul de față NU poți oferi o toaletă la patru familii. Nu poți să aduci tu, ca proprietar, alți musafiri de la alte locații și să ții ocupat singurul spațiu de bucătărie existent în locație în timp ce noi așteptăm în camerele noastre ca să se elibereze ca să putem servi masa în aceeași bucătărie. Pentru ca așa cum este o singură baie tot la fel este și o singură bucătărie la patru familii. Cu un singur frigider în care toată lumea își ține mâncarea amestecată unul cu celălalt. Trebuie făcute urgent renovări și reparații. Potențialul turistic este uriaș și în creștere și de aceea probabil se merge pe ideea ca oricum ar fi noi închiriem și așa, nerenovat.
