Good: Access worked well, some free parking. Bad: Power in room went out, nobody on site to contact, breakfast limited compared to other hotels, laundry facilities only had 1 washer & 1 dryer that seemed to work, only 2 pillows in room, exterior very icy in the night & morning

Do not stay here. Definitely not worth the money. “Luggage room” isn’t actually a room, you are told to put your luggage behind the front desk. No actual front desk staff though so your luggage is just sitting in the front entrance to the hotel. Extremely uncomfortable, small beds. Between a gas station and elementary school so very loud. Once again, unless you get a great deal on the price, I would not stay here.

Zero service, completely de-serviced. Have not seen this before, even during the pandemics You have to do everything, get your towels, your toilet aper, get and change your bed sheets and take the used ones to the linen's room. No soap, or shampoo. The toilet paper closet was locked, so, no way to get a new roll. Too many warnings and threatens. Breakdast choices were very limited. No a human being around. Airbnb has better service.

This hotel has no physical receptionist, meaning there is no actual person in the reception. But that did not hinder my check in and check out process. There is a number that you can call and text if you have questions or need help. That person was very helpful. She responded to me quite fast and allowed me to leave my baggage in yhe reception area to be picked up on a later time. Also, i checked in late and they were very considerate in accommodating my late check in.

I received a text message early on that day what our room number and code to get in will be. The hotel is self-service hotel and outside it was nothing great to look at. It is located next to gas station. The hotel door was blocked open all times, the code system seemed to be broken. The hallway was freezing and the room was quite chilly. Only automatic heating. The room was clean, beds were comfy and warm, which helped to sleep still well through the cold night in the room. It was relatively quiet even if we were next to the road. The stay was ok.

Slightly outside of downtown but very walk-able to everything. Different type of hotel since there is no front desk and all is done through a provided entry code. That being said the room was clean and the breakfast was waiting in the morning as advertised. Plenty of onside parking.

I had booked this hotel in the spring under another name. It was supposed to have a restaurant, breakfast from hot/cold buffet and reception. None of these was true anymore. I received a code to get in the room. The breakfast was very basic and I couldn’t eat much of it because of my allergies. Also it would have been easier to drink tea if there had been a cup in the room. There used to be a shared bathroom. Now they had installed showers in the very small ensuite toilets. Which meant everything was wet. The shower curtain only vovered half of its space. I wish I had been told about these changes so I could have cancelled and booked another hotel.

I had a very nice stay at this new hotel. I stayed for two nights. The service was very good and the straff was very helpfull. Breakfast was classic Norwegian and delicious. Very clean and nice rooms. The hotel is 10 min by car from the airport and 10 min walk from "city center" Will definitely stay there again!
