L’emplacement très accessible et l’agencement du logement. Le lieu est calme, le logement est globalement fonctionnel, notamment l’espace cuisine.
L’appartement était surchauffé, et la plomberie de la salle de bains manque de pression (lavabo et chasse d’eau).

Je suis venu en vacances voir mes enfants a Lille , j'ai profité du logement uniquement pour dormir,petit déjeuner et douche. J'ai aimé le calme de l'immeuble ,les nuits tranquilles.
Nous étions 3 et le canapé lit pas terrible. Un rideau de douche absent
