Super cosy apt and no reason to miss the sunset
1min to the beach! Very fresh and clean. Easy contact with the host who was very polite and we didn’t need to meet but handled through chat, nice! Good pillows but almost didn’t find them haha. Great balcony with a bit of sun. Kitchen easy to cook in!
Probs better if you have a car if you wanna go sightseeing, but there are buses. You sleep on a sleeper couch which is as comfortable as you expect. The windows doesn’t block the sound from the road very well. Minor fixes needed to be made but only like the bathroom door scrapes on the floor a bit, no dealbreakers.

Mi sono sentita come a casa e relax e comodità
Ambiente confortevole , con ogni tipo di comfort La zona non lontana dal centro . L’appartamento monolocale è molto spazioso per due persone. Comodo anche il divano letto. È posto auto riservato così sei sicuro sempre di parcheggiare.
Purtroppo essendo su una via principale d’estate tenere le finestre aperte è un po’ rumoroso.

Pulizia ottima, l’angolo cottura fornisce tutto ciò che sede, il divano letto è comodo, il balcone è spazioso. Posizione molto strategica perche si è super vicini al mare, vicini al centro si Massa

Non siamo riusciti a parcheggiare nel posto riservato per colpa di un'altra macchina parcheggiata male (non è stata ovviamente colpa della proprietaria, che si è prodigata per risolvere). Il costo a notte del monolocale potrebbe essere più basso, essendo piccolo e un po' fuori da Marina di Massa e dai servizi principali.

Un ottimo appoggio, consigliato
L’host di Brev Guest House è stata molto accogliente e ha cercato di soddisfare, con successo, le mie richieste, siccome viaggiavo da sola con mia figlia di un anno. L’appartamento è pulito e ben curato.
La strada è molto trafficata e rumorosa. Per raggiungere il monolocale ci sono due rampe di scale non molto agevoli per il passeggino. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo un po’ svantaggioso per un monolocale con un divano letto. Ma comunque, in linea coi prezzi della Versilia.

Tolle Unterkunft
Toll ausgestatte Küche, alles was man braucht. Mit einem großen Balkon. Man hatte auch zwei Strandstühle, welche man zum Strand mitnehmen konnte. Parkplatz im Hof 🙂
Es gab "nur" ein Schlafsofa. Dafür war es bequem, ersetzt dennoch kein Bett.
