15 minutes easy walk from the city center. Directly at the gate is a tram station to the center, in 30 m. a Spar in 50 m. 2 fast food restaurants. Altough its on a main road it is quiet. The kitchen is well eqipped and the heating/cooling system works perfectly. The bathroom is big and the whole lodging was shiningly clean.
It's not a problem, it's just a FYI thing. The lodging has only one airspace. I went with my 2 sons and we had to sleep in the only room/kitchen. Luckyly I din't snore :D But my younger son woke up at 6 AM and ate cereals... :D For 2 persons it's a perfect place to stay for some days in Graz.

Ízlésesen berendezett, ár-érték arányban nagyon jó szállás! Közvetlen a szállás előtt villamos megálló, ami nagyon gyakran közlekedik, sok helyen megáll. Mégis egyáltalán nem volt zavaró hangok szempontjából, mert dupla ablakok vannak, jól szigetelik a hangokat. Örültem, hogy volt bekészítve kávé, tea, csoki. Nagyon tiszta volt a szállás, az ágy szuper kényelmes! (Még a címkét is megkerestük a matracon, hogy milyen fajta.)
Számunkra hűvös volt érkezéskor, lassan melegedett fel az apartman. Annak ellenére, hogy nem lehet dohányozni, valamelyik másik apartmanban a házban marihuánát szívtak és amikor a fürdőben felkapcsoltuk a lámpát az elszívó is automatikusan bekapcsolt, nagyon zavaró volt a füves cigi szaga. Erről azonban a szállásadó nem tehet! Egy illatosító spray praktikus lenne esetleg az ilyen esetekre a mosdóba.
