what I can say without a doubt that it was a highly satisfying experience from the moment I walked through the door.
The Arrival & Service: The seamless experience started right at check-in. The lobby environment was welcoming, and the front desk staff set the tone for the entire stay...incredibly professional, polite, and efficient. Every encounter with the staff, from security to housekeeping, was met with genuine hospitality and quick service.
The Room: The room itself was immaculate, modern, and exceptionally clean. It feels more like a luxury apartment than a standard hotel room, complete with excellent amenities (like the convenient kitchenette and proper layout) that make it incredibly comfortable to relax in. The bed provided an amazing night's sleep, and the soundproofing kept the room quiet and peaceful.
Facilities & Location: The property is pristine and well-maintained. The highlight has to be the stunning rooftop infinity pool with unobstructed views of the city skyline and Monas....it’s the perfect place to unwind. The location in the historic Menteng district is also incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around Central Jakarta while still being a calm haven to come back to.
Overall Impression: I am completely satisfied with every aspect of my stay. Cleanliness, comfort, top-tier service, and fantastic facilities anddddd for me, Ascott Menteng nails it all. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting to Jakarta,Indonesia.

An excellent hotel, great value for money, awesome rooftop views, central convenient location.
They will soon have their liquor license, sadly I was an early attending guest and didn’t get to enjoy a beer at their bar this time. Will look forward to next time.

The hotel really caters to your preferences. They follow my preference sheet to the detail. Well done! I was there w my family for my birthday celebration and they hotel made me feel good!
