They provide excellent services. They even managed to provide a stool for handicap users for my mother who is wheelchair bound which is amazing. There is also a big shopping mall with lots of food outlets & supermarket next to it.
The furniture looks a bit old. Other than that everything works fine.

the location
uncomfortable experience. I’ve booked a classic 2 room wirh breakfast for 3 adult and 1 child 9y. The management, I didn’t know why, they upgraded our room to excecutive 2 rooms, for 3 adult. Then in breakfast time they text me and asked to pay for the child. This was the first time for me that I booked room with breakfast for 4 peoples then because they upgrade my room and I have to pay for 1 more for breakfast. This was weird, as I’ve already stayed in many hotels in many counties. They said they forgot to explain that rule to booking.com since I take the room from them. Later they said they gave me a complimentary for the child breakfast and I didn’t have to pay. For me, its not fair, its’ not a complementary bec I payed it.
