The apartment was very clean, the staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The apartment was also spacious and comfortable for a small family, making our stay enjoyable.
The Arabic breakfast options were very limited and almost non-existent. There was also no bidet spray (hand shower) in the bathroom, which may be inconvenient for many guests. In addition, while the location was acceptable, there are better and more central locations available in Jakarta.

The location is beautiful and close to grocery stores and cafés.
I was not satisfied with my experience. I asked for a discount, and they told me to download the app to get it. However, after downloading the app, I didn’t receive any discount. They also knew I had a hotel reservation, and I’m a Genius member, but I didn’t get a late check-out either.
