Location was perfect, pools are nice as well as the kids playground. Staffs are polite and helpfull. Over all, good experience staying here.
Not so many options for breakfast, but the taste was good. Only 1 access key to the room was allowed, so it was a little bit difficult to organize with my kid. Hopefully, next time when I come back, they can consider to give at least 2 access key to avoid the hazels. When I stayed the second time, both elevators broke down, but they managed to repair one of them quickly.

The breakfast meals, coffee, and traditional herbal drinks (jamu) were amazing. It was very convenient to work from th restaurant.
The receptionist's location was at the restaurant which is not obvious; we had to ask people where we should check in. Upon receiving one of our room keys, it did not work. It was disappointing that we had to wait for a long time to change rooms after an exhausting flight to Jakarta.

The location was perfect
There were lipstick stains and hairs on the bed. In addition, our neighbor played very loud music in the middle of the night, making it difficult to sleep. The hallway also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the smell entered our room.

Too complicated to find the reception desk for check-in and out, it should be place at the lobby that everyone can walk to.
