Ascott Jakarta have become my family's go-to hotel every time we visit Jakarta. The location is convenient as Grand Indonesia and Thamrin City are right outside the hotel. The staff are always willing to give us a helping hand, always so friendly & warm when we have any queries. I saw that during this stay, they have upgraded their televisions; we can now watch YouTube & Netflix during our stay.

spacious room, near to shopping and dining area, comfy bed, nice speaker, kind and polite staff, fast check in and out
breakfast were not so delicious and had very poor variant, shower leakage, water spill from the bath tub could not easily go to the floor drain (it is because the wrong level of the bathroom floor) thus water can go inside the bedroom, ants, dirty sponge holder at the kitchen, not so fast housekeeping coming whenever they are called, going to the swimming pool should not be passing public area, security at the pool was watching so strictly for a long time while nothing happened, too small elevator capacity,
