La ubicación céntrica es perfecta. La zona es muy tranquila y dormimos de maravilla. Todo estaba muy limpio. El dúplex tiene dos plantas y los baños están en la planta superior. Las camas y las almohadas son cómodas. La cocina dispone de tostadora, frigorífico y microondas. El propietario es muy amable. La plancha no funcionaba, pero compró una nueva de inmediato. El check-in es muy sencillo. En la puerta principal del edificio hay un teclado para acceder, y las llaves estaban en una caja de seguridad situada en la puerta del dúplex.
3 planta sin ascensor. El dúplex tiene reformas antiguas, aunque el precio se corresponde con ello.

La posizione è ottimale!
Struttura bella nelle foto ma in presenza tutto molto "da rivedere". Pareti da tinteggiare, bagni vecchi, interruttori per la luce senza copriplacchette, televisione non funzionante, cucina non funzionale e di conseguenza costretti a mangiare sempre fuori e per una famiglia di 4 persone non è semplice.
