Erg compleet fijn dat er airco was. Heel centraal gelegen. Goede service van Lorenzo.

The location was fantastic; great transport links, nice area of the city and multiple options to eat and drink. The apartment had toiletries, shampoo and towels. Lorenzo provided really clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and the building. Also the internet worked really well.
Only small disadvantage was you have to climb 5 floors to get to the apartment, but it was fine for us.

La disponibilità dell’host molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento silenzioso e spazioso, materasso comodo, asciugamani morbidi e puliti, cucina attrezzata.
Pulizia della cucina migliorabile (frigo e cassetti). Spugna molto vecchia che abbiamo sostituito noi. Le condizioni del bagno sono da migliorare, ci sono elementi arrugginiti (termosifone e appendi asciugamani) e muffa sul soffitto. Necessita di manutenzione e sostituzione della tavoletta del WC usurata. Quinto piano senza ascensore e scale strette. L’androne e giro scale molto trascurati.

Localização excepcional! Perto do metro, ônibus e principais pontos turísticos. Atendimento do anfitrião bem eficiente. Atendeu prontamente a uma reclamação, mas, infelizmente, não resolveu.
5 andares de escada para subir com mala (péssimo). Chuveiro com o suporte quebrado atrapalhou o banho e provocou alagamento no banheiro. Faltaram coisas simples como azeite.
