La localisation de l’appartement en centre ville dans un quartier sympa, la taille de l’appartement, décoration sobre et agréable et surtout le grand balcon
La manque d’équipement dans la cuisine ( pas de machine à café, pas de grille pain, pas de torchon propre) et quelques défaillances sur les interrupteurs d’éclairage, et la serrure de la porte d’entrée (possible uniquement de claquer sans pouvoir fermer plus)

Just the location- flat is ok to just leave your things and be out for the day! There are basic utensils in kitchen to cook etc
Smelled of mould as we got in! Its 4 flights of stairs , ( quite steep) Everything was very basic - Not very clean, especially veranda area outside if you wanted to enjoy sitting out - The flat looked better in pictures - There were still ‘used ‘ towels from previous guests in an orange bag in living room- we just washed the other towels we found to be sure if they were clean

la localisation plein centre du logement, le balcon A priori un équipement très complet pour y vivre au quotidien (je ne l'ai pas utilisé)
le manque de lampes en état de fonctionnement, je suis arrivé en soirée, il m'a fallu utiliser mon tel portable pour m'éclairer jusqu'à ce que je trouve enfin une lampe fonctionnelle. Beaucoup de boutons en paroi ne permettent pas d'allumer une pièce. la porte-fenêtre dans la chambre ne permettait pas de l'ouvrir en espagnolette car elle etait abimée. la ventilation de la salle de bains très bruyante qui démarre chaque fois qu'on allume la pièce
