Handy apt

The apartment was warm and cozy and a good location. Two large bedrooms both with their own lovely shower and no shortage of hot water. The Apt has basic amenities and is in a quiet neighbourhood with a few small shops and restaurants nearby.

For anyone in poor health the walk up to the Apt is uphill. It would have been nice if there was local information about the apartment or locality bus timetables or telephone numbers

It was clean, easy access and plenty of room. It is about a 10-minute walk out of the centre. In a nice area with plenty of eating places. Easy walking distance to most places of interest

Lack of extra bedding. No lift, so stair climbing, which would not be good for anyone who is of poor mobility.

Good location but the apartment needs work.

Great location but the address of the apartment was different (one street away) from the advertised address.

Whilst clean the apartment is showing its age, the paint is grubby and marked and the lounge is covered in stains. The images of the advertised apartment are also different to the actual apartment we stayed in. The advertised apartment rooms were shown as being rectangle with a normal ceiling / roof line. Our apartment was in the attic with sloping ceilings. The apartment is also only accessible via some very tight stairs - it didn't bother us to much but if you are struggling to carry / lift suitcases etc. it may be an issue.

The location was great. Within walking distance to most sites. Kitchen was new and adequately stocked and clean. The apartment was a good size. The rooms were clean

The cover over the comforter was clean. However in the opening of the cover we noticed blood stains on the comforter itself. The comforter was obviously washed but seeing the stain was disconcerting Also the couch needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable and bit smelly The toilet is in closet with electrical panel and sink in bedroom

Rats in the roof making noise Shower head broken Velux blind controls broken so the room was daylight at 6am 4-5 flights of shallow stairs - hard for bags and the elderly. No shampoo or shower gel. Stains in the pillow cases

Good location within the city, good value for money, but you may have to climb to the 3rd floor.

Good location, nice living room with two bedrooms. Despite the prior information, there was free wifi (it is worth improving the description).

There are several apartments for rent within the building and we only found out which one was ours a few hours before arrival: it was on the 3rd floor, without an elevator.There is no small shelf in the shower where you can put the soap/shower gel.

BAD UNPROFFESIONAL

This is the worst hotel experience of my life. They are completely unprofessional and dishonest. I booked well in advance, but even 24 hours before my arrival they never sent me the access code for the apartment. While I was already on my way with my children, they called me and I have proof from my phone just a few minutes before arrival to say the apartment had been given to someone else. We were left standing outside with kids, exhausted, stressed, and with nowhere to go. Even though we immediately called Booking.com customer service, we were left on the phone for almost 10 minutes with no clear solution. I am so disappointed even Booking.com could not prevent or resolve something this unacceptable. We had to urgently find extra money that was meant for our holiday, just to secure another place to stay. Until now, we have not received our refund

Puiki apartamentų vieta, įdomus senas namas, kuriame įsikūrę apartamentai. Greta krautuvėlės, kavinukės. Apartamentuose yra būtiniausi daiktai, šilta, tačiau buvo ir trūkumų.

Nebuvo muilo, šampūno, kavos ar arbatos bent vienam kartui. Neveikė TV / pultelis, šeimininkai nereagvo į žinutes / klausimus kol buvome apsistoję, užtruko kol gavome sąskaitą (šeimininkas parašė, kad turėjo sveikatos problemų). Tokios smulkmenos šiek tiek gadino kelionės nuotauiką. Visumoje apartamentai nuotraukose atrodė gražiau negu natūroje. Tačiau vieta ir seno pastato energija buvo gera ir miela.

Onderhoud en hygiëne waren slecht. Amper licht bij entree, rioollucht aanwezig, toiletbril los en kapot, luxaflex dakraam defect, overal haren. Vlekken op muren, vloer en matras, veel pluisjes en stof. Vies vaatdoekje in de gootsteen, geen basisvoorzieningen behalve handdoeken… 0 effort.

Lo spazio luminoso, e la struttura comunque abbastanza nuova

Le scale sono pericolose e la luce si accende solo dal primo piano e la sera si rischia di cadere. La porta si apre al contrario ed entrare in casa è molto complicato con i bagagli. Il materasso macchiato e il copri materasso copriva solo il topper, c’erano schizzi e macchie su pareti della cucina e mobili. Nessuno strumento per lavare o piatti e molta polvere sotto il letto e in generale nell’appartamento. Considerato il costo mi sarei aspettato una maggiore attenzione a queste cose

Las cabinas de ducha en cada habitación es un lindo detalle. Funcionan muy bien. Las habitaciones eran amplias y cómodas. La cocina y comedor son de un tamaño aceptable. Hay cochera 24 hs a 2 o 3 cuadras.

El baño del sanitario es uno solo y minúsculo, además tiene ahí mismo la caldera. El apartamento está en un 3er piso, sin ascensor y con escaleras estrechas y empinadas. Considero que eso no está claramente detallado en la página. Fué complicado subir todas las maletas.

Pas de petit déjeuné

D'abord nous n'avons pas eu le logement tel que prévu lors de la réservation. L'appartement avait une fenêtre à l'avant de l'appartement, celui que nous avions n'avait des puits de lumière avec des stores (qui ne fonctionnais pas dans une chambre) alors impossible de dormir confortablement. De ce fait nous demandons un compensation en argent pour le désagrément que cela nous a causé en plus du stress durant notre séjour (manque de sommeil). Si vous ne donné pas suite nous ferons de la publicité négative sur les réseaux sociaux.

El apartamento en general es muy lindo, cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado. Reúne todos los atributos como para tener una agradable estadía

No me gustó que la ducha esté dentro de cada cuarto… en mi caso compartía cuarto con mi padre, lo cual lo hacía algo incómodo… Respecto al baño que únicamente tiene el inodoro, hubiera sido cómodo que también tenga lavabo…

La ubicación, céntrico y tranquilo.

Falto la lavadora, tal como se anunciaba, y el mando de la tele sigue sin funcionar (La tele se quedo sin poder utilizar), comentario que es repetitivo en este apartamento. Le falta algo de mantenimiento y un perchero, algo fundamental.

Posizione eccellente per raggiungere i punti principali della città. La cucina è dotata di tutte le comodità, utilissime per prepararsi un pranzo o una cena in casa. Le docce e i lavabi in camera hanno pro e contro, se si è in quattro e non in grande confidenza.

La sporcizia e il rumore. Appartamento molto sporco: pavimento lurido (dopo un solo passaggio in corridoio i calzini erano neri) e con briciole ovunque. Divano sporchissimo, non solo di macchie, ma con briciole e altro: non ci siamo mai seduti. Forti dubbi sulla pulizia delle lenzuola, visto che abbiamo trovato molti capelli. L'appartamento non è isolato dagli altri piani: si sente tutto. Durante il nostro soggiorno al piano di sopra è stato festeggiato un compleanno durante la notte, era come essere presenti senza essere stati invitati.

Een heel fijn verblijf!

Een mooi appartement met op beide slaapkamers een eigen douche. De locatie is ook heel goed, op loopafstand van het centrum van de stad.

Ik had verwacht dat ik vantevoren de code zou krijgen om naar binnen te gaan. Maar toen we voor de deur stonden had ik het nog niet en moest bellen. Toen kreeg ik de code van de benedendeur. Boven bleek er nog een code nodig te zijn voor het sleutelkastje, en moest weer bellen omdat ik die niet had gekregen.

Très joli!

Les renseignements du propriétaire par rapport aux clés étaient clairs et efficaces, il nous a bien expliqué comment arriver à l'appartement et où nous pouvions trouver les clés. L'appartement se trouve au centre de la ville (à 10-15 minutes à pied des musées, du quartier Sablon et de la Grand Place et à 15-20 minutes de la gare à pied et en tramway). La zone de l'appartement était très tranquille soit de jour que de nuit et il y avait plusieurs restaurants, surtout étrangers (indiens, italiens et japonais). Il y a aussi un petit Carrefour Express dans la rue parallèle, donc si vous avez besoin de faire le courses pour cuisiner vous n'auriez pas de problèmes. Notre appartement était au troisième étage. Il est moderne, équipé, éclairé et surtout bien propre, il est doué d'un salon avec une petite cuisine, le wifi et une télévision, deux chambres avec une douche chaque et une toilette en commun. Le positionnement des douches est très confortable car chaque de nous pouvait se doucher dans sa chambre. Chaque chambre a un lit double, une petite penderie et deux serviettes par personne. La cuisine a une cuisinière et un four électriques et une machine à café, ainsi que des couverts, des verres, un lavabo, un saladier et un égouttoir.

L'appartement n'était pas doué de produits d'entretien, de balais et de serpillières pour nettoyer. En plus, il n'est possible y arriver qu'avec trois volées de marches plutôt raides, donc il n'est pas recommandable pour les handicapés, les femmes enceintes et les personnes âgées.
