Pass the Keys Cosy Spacious Garden House

The house was conveniently situated within walking distances of a number of shops and Bridgnorth town centre. The secluded secure garden was perfect for the dog and a family barbecue. The house was clean, well equipped and very comfortable for adults, children and dog too. Key case meant we didn't need to worry about our exact time of arrival. Glad that I didn't take too much heed to the bad reviews.

The excessive ID verification by Pass the Keys through Truvi was arduous, challenging and resulted in a delay in the code for the key box being released to me. The poor communication from Truvi did not make it clear to me that my numerous attempts to have my ID validated had been unsuccessful. I had thought I had succeeded. I consider the requirement to submit so much precious personal data to Truvi to prove my identity is excessive and inherently unsafe. Any company can be hacked and receive ransom-ware no matter how good they think their security is. None of the standard IT guidance in their replies solved my difficulties with Truvi software. Although Pass The Keys were very sensitive, helpful, immediately available and supportive in trying to resolve the issue. On a different note the internet connection at the property was unstable and meant we couldn't use the TV as we wished.

Good location and price

The high cistern on the toilet was rubbish. Often didn't flush and also had a slight leak. Needs to be changed for a modern low flush design. The garden was overgrown.

The space was ok, for a short period.

I did not like being sent hundreds of emails demanding that I proof my ID on a silly verification site. I have never been asked to do this before. I did not like having to pay an extra £40 damage waiver, if I was aware that staying here would cost an extra £40 I would’ve booked somewhere else. I did not like that we could not get the oven to work. I did not like the extractor fan did not work in the bathroom and their is visible damp on the bathroom ceiling. I did not like the fact that there was no drop kerb making it difficult to get on and off the drive. I did not like that a lot of the plates/bowls had chips/cracks
