Pleasant stay

We have been here before so we like the area it's in and the space inside the property. Nice to see it has been painted since our last visit.

The On suite toilet flush not working correctly, mirror stood against wall in spare room was just lent up and not fixed etc so had to be moved due to our child walking around.

Great location, did what it said on the tin and would stay again

Great location for us as we were visiting family. Rooms really good size and comfortable beds and central heating was quick to warm up. Very close to motorway but really quiet location.

Bit sparse on decore, no pictures or mirrors. Kitchen could have had more cultery and washing up facilities (brush and sponge). Brush for the downstairs toilet.

Short stay for a conference

Nice house that met all our needs. In Telford for a conference. 3 bedrooms, all clean and comfortable. Key access through lock box. Location about 10 mins from international centre but only short taxi ride.

Great location. Great check-in and communication. Good rooms and bathrooms for a family.

The garden furniture could have been cleaner. A few more mugs and forks would have been useful.

Reasonably priced property, but poor sleep experienced.

Quiet location, host kept us informed re key code and came to sort out issues, three toilets were very useful, kitchen had full oven, microwave etc, dining area was a decent size. Sofas were comfortable.

Beds all need new mattresses. A mattress topper was provided for the single bed which was particularly unsupportive and this definitely helped. Only one wardrobe in the ensuite for hanging clothes out of 3 bedrooms. There was ample space in 2nd bedroom to provide a small wardrobe/ chest of drawers but nothing was provided.Something similar is needed for single room. Minor issues were lights not working and broken slat between rooms. These were sorted however very quickly by James. Then discovered shower screen does not stay in place and main toilet door needs adjusting....had to force it shut! Washing machine took a while to sort as plug would not reach socket...found an extension lead in upstairs cupboard, but it needs to be already in place. Just needs a bit of attention to a few details and extra furniture mentioned plus new mattresses to make it more than adequate as the price is reasonable.

Clean, spacious, good value.

The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of space to sit and relax and a kitchen with everything you might need to prepare meals. Each bedroom had a television and comfortable bedding. There was a main bathroom upstairs, ensuite with shower in the master bedroom and a downstairs toilet. I liked that this home offered enough privacy for travellers who may be with friends or family who enjoy their own space. At the cost of two hotel rooms, this house offers good value for the area, and you can save money by not having to eat out for every meal. The back garden wasn't big, but was pleasant and would easily contain a dog if you were bringing one, so no safety worries for pets. The surrounding area was pleasant and well maintained, and in my opinion a lovely place for some autumnal dog walking.

There is probably only enough room to park one car, so if you're travelling in a larger group you may need to find alternative parking.

Pleasant stay in good location

A good house which had all we needed. Generous bedrooms. Beds really comfortable. Location great for exploring the area.

Some small maintenance issues. Front door needs a lick of paint. Could do with wardrobe in second double bedroom. Switch to bathroom light upstairs is not in the bathroom but in the landing wall between the two bedrooms. Local amenities five minute drive away.
