Check-in & Check-out:
- Confirm arrival time at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in
- Late check-out (available if requested in advance): is £30 per hour (latest possible checkout time is 1 PM)
- Unauthorised late check-out: £50 per hour
House Rules:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited – penalty £500
- Parties are not allowed – any signs of gatherings may result in a £500 fine
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings after 10 pm, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
