The property was easy to allocate, and information to access the building was given prior to check in. Staff were reachable to ensure check in was smooth and to answer any queries.
Also the host was patient and resolved all my concerns.
The information that was given to access the room was wrong, we had to contact customers service to get the correct room information. On arrival the entrance was dirty, stairs had rubbish and cobwebs all over. Which the host explained that they were not responsible for, only the property itself.
Over all the property was fairly clean, bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was modern however temperamental, as the sink handle came off in my hand.
This property has so much potential but requires abit more work.
