The flat was in a very good location.
No hot water to wash dishes, and no hot working tap in bathroom sink, shower did not drain away, therefore stood in water.

The location is great and very close to Stamford Bridge.
This flat needs regular deep cleaning and a general overhaul. The oven and microwave are filthy and just fill the whole kitchen with smoke. There is no hot water in the kitchen and the washing machine is broken. The bathroom is dirty and poorly maintained, the furniture is dirty and uncomfortable. Note to the owner: Please spend some time and money on making this flat worth staying in. It’s only going to get worse the longer you leave it considering the current level of attention (or lack of) it is currently receiving.
