The main floor is entirely step-free with wide hallways and easy accessibility throughout. Two primary suites on this level include king beds, walk-in showers with grab bars, and calming lake views—one even features a fireplace for added comfort. A third room doubles as a private office, perfect for remote work or quiet reading.

HLH Lodge has been honored with six COBA Awards, including Best Architectural Design, Best Interior Finish, Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite, Best of Show, and Best Value.
